Sifted Loam or Topsoil – $26.00 per yard
Loam is run through a 1/2″ screen to remove any pieces larger than 1/2″.
Washed Sand – $38.00 per yard
Washed sand is washed to remove silt and clay. It is typically a light off-white color and is finely graded. It’s commonly used for fill or a base for laying brick and pavers.
Clean Fill – $13.00 per yard
Clean fill includes soil, rock, stone, dredged material, used asphalt and brick, block or concrete from construction.
